After almost $1600 dollars in hard earned cash, and now paying rent for my first time since my college days in San Francisco, you could assume another PC upgrade was going to be far in my future.

You're wrong.

If anything, I would consider myself lucky. Not long after moving in, I was able to upgrade my janky desk setup from beef into a full sized gamer's paradise setup with a full size 30 inch desk, 27 inch monitor, and a keyboard/mat and mouse that really helped me enjoy my personal gaming space. I obviously have to thank my girlfriend on this as well, as she allowed me to use the space in our room to create this desk setup, with a full sized desk and especially being right in front of our window. luckily enough, as I mentioned before our room seize was much larger than our periovuosu living arrangement, which meant we could fit our personal items much more comfroabely than er could have before, This allowed for my desk space, as well as a full queen sized bed with a bench along the bottom (for our cat to sleep on, of course), as well as a chair and side table set up for my girlfriend to unwind and watch tv from, read, or peruse social media from in her own light. It was very nice to have a set up where both of us could enjoy our personal space, and it was definitely difficult for both of us to come to an agreement on at the beginning, in organizing our space. We luckily game to an agreement and aren to extremely happy with how our living space turned out!

In my next post, I will talk more about how I decided to upgrade my computer set up to better fit the needs of myself for the the current semester. I will also detail how useful it has been for my girlfriend it completing work from home during our COVID-19 shelter-in-place lockdown!
